We had such a great experience with William Richmond Inc.! William was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. Our insurance company made the whole roof replacement process way more difficult than it needed to be, but William was incredibly patient, stayed on top of everything, and really went to bat for us to make sure things were handled correctly.

His communication was honestly one of the best parts of working with him. He always kept us updated, answered our questions, and made us feel like he actually cared about getting the job done right.

Once everything was approved, the roof was replaced in a day. The crew was efficient, professional, and did a great job cleaning everything up afterward. William even came by after the job was done to personally make sure everything was cleaned up.

We’re so happy with our new roof and would absolutely recommend William Richmond Inc. to anyone who needs roofing work done. Especially if you’re dealing with a difficult insurance claim — having someone like William on your side makes a huge difference!

William Richmond responded promptly and professionally to my inquiry about new shingles and gutters. He worked around the challenging weather- no small feat. Additionally, he had a fair price, suggested a quality product, worked around my HOA, discussed everything clearly, and employs a remarkable crew. The gutters were installed the next day, equally impressive, and in the nick of time. As a final note, the crew was careful of my landscaping, made sure no debris was left, and worked well together.
It was an absolute pleasure to do business with William Richmond Inc!!!!

William Richmond, Inc. recently replaced all our windows including a large bow window. Mr. Richmond is very honest and professional. His installers, Chris and Brian, are fantastic! True artists in addition to highly skilled tradesmen. Workmanship and ethics are out of this world! The windows they installed are ProVia, double hung, insulated glass vinyl widows. They are a great quality product. The care and finesse the crew, including Me. Richmond, exhibited made the product even better.
HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

When my roof reached the end of its life. after getting multiple quotes I went wit6h William Richmond, Inc. throughout the entire process, Mr. Richmond answered all my questions. He was quick in scheduling me, the supplies were delivered the day before to an out of the way location. The next day his crew was on time to start the job and was completed on schedule. Mr. Richmond came by after the work was completed to do an additional sweep of the grounds to ensure that clean up complete and to make sure I was happy with the job.

The summary version is absolutely amazing! I am just thrilled with the roof, price, timeliness, workmanship, cleanup and overall experience.
Mr. Richmond was involved in my initial contact, the estimate, the planning, the installation and the cleanup. It all starts at the top and the results show his extensive involvement. He is an outstanding communicator.
Carlos was the crew foreman and did a superb job both working and managing. He's on the roof with the crew, not napping in a truck. He's the embodiment of getting what you inspect, not what you expect.
The crew - all business. They arrive and get right into it. It'd be hard to find better, more hard working craftsmen than these men. Temp was in the 90s and humidity was off the charts.
Price - I cannot believe the price. It was WAY under another quote for same job. All materials were top of the line (where a choice could be made between good/better/best I selected best). The warranty on the roof is amazing - in many ways better than a metal roof! William Richmond is a GAF Master Elite contractor. It is quite clear from the results that this certification was earned and it means something.
William Richmond was verbally recommended to me by multiple people. If you're looking for a contractor that will over deliver this is your company. Look no further. Get ready for a positive experience with a contractor!
Many thanks!

We recently needed a new roof and obtained several estimates from different companies before choosing William Richmond Inc. We are extremely glad we did. From start to finish, the crew was professional, orgainized, and hardworking, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

What truly stood out was the owner, William Richmond, who personally stopped by multiple times to inspect the work and ensure everything met his standards. That level of attention to detail is reflected in the finished product. Our new roof and gutters look fantastic!

We highly recommend William Richmond Inc. to anyone looking for reliable, professional roofing services.
