When my roof reached  the end of its life. after getting multiple quotes I went wit6h William Richmond, Inc. throughout the entire process, Mr. Richmond answered all my questions. He was quick in scheduling me, the supplies were delivered the day before to an out of the way location. The next day his crew was on time to start the job and was completed on schedule. The summary version is absolutely amazing!  I am just thrilled with the roof, price, timeliness, workmanship, cleanup and overall experience. Mr. Richmond was involved in my initial contact, the estimate, the planning, the installation and the cleanup.  It all starts at the top and the results show his extensive involvement.  He is an outstanding communicator. Carlos was the crew foreman and did a superb job both working and managing.  He's on the roof with the crew, not napping in a truck.  He's the embodiment of getting what you inspect, not what you expect. The crew - all business.  They arrive and get right into it.  It'd be hard to find better, more hard working craftsmen than these men.  Temp was in the 90s and humidity was off the charts. Price - I cannot believe the price.  It was WAY under another quote for same job.  All materials were top of the line (where a choice could be made between good/better/best I selected best).  The warranty on the roof is amazing - in many ways better than a metal roof!  William Richmond is a GAF Master Elite contractor.  It is quite clear from the results that this certification was earned and it means something. William Richmond was verbally recommended to me by multiple people.
