William Richmond Inc installed a new shingle roof, new gutters and new leaf guard on our house. They were very responsive right from the start: came out the very day I contacted them to do a free inspection. When we decided to move forward with the new roof, gutters and leaf guard, he brought us examples of the materials that would be used and explained how they compared to the materials being replaced and I could see how much better the new materials would be. He kept in constant contact with us toward scheduling the work to be done, letting us know when the material would be delivered, etc. The installers showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned everything up and hauled away all the discarded, old materials. Everything looks great and I feel confident the roof and gutters are installed a whole lot better than the original roof had been! I highly recommend William Richmond Inc. We plan on having them back to install new roofs on some other small buildings on our lot.

Great company. Replaced our roof two years ago. Noticed a section of sheathing that was broken while in the attic recently. It was probably that way before the roof was put on based on its location. WM Richmond came back out and repaired no questions asked. They will make it right. Definitely recommend.

William Richmond had his project manager temporarily patch our roof leak the same day we called. After speaking with him directly to assess the damage, we chose him to replace our roof and gutters. He was professional, on time, and easily accessible whenever we had questions or concerns. The crew completed the job quickly and ensured quality installation from start to finish. William himself came back several times to ensure that no nails were left behind around the house and on the driveway. Linda, the office manager, was also wonderful to deal with. I got several quotes for a new roof installed and after meeting with Mr. Richmond I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and he delivered. Not only did I have to replace the shingles but also all the wood underneath. HIs crew came in and put tarp all around the the house to protect the plants and make cleanup easy. they finished the same day, cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend this company.
