President, William Richmond Inc.
With a passion for craftsmanship and community, William J. Richmond has built a reputation as one of Southern Maryland’s most trusted names in home improvement. A lifelong resident of the area, William resides in Hughesville with his wife Carey. Together, they’ve raised three children and are proud grandparents to four.
William has worked in the home improvement industry since 1995, gaining hands-on experience and industry expertise that ultimately led him to launch William Richmond Inc. in 2014. Under his leadership, the company has earned widespread recognition for quality, reliability, and integrity. His Saint Leonard-based firm holds elite credentials, including being a GAF Master Elite®️ Certified Roofing Contractor—a designation held by only a small percentage of contractors nationwide.

An active member of the local community, William gives generously to organizations including Project Echo, Christmas in April, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office Drug Awareness Program, and many others. He also serves as an assistant coach for the Southern Maryland Rush Youth Wrestling Team, supporting the next generation both on and off the mat. Proud sponsor of the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs baseball team and the Strength & Honor Motorcycle Club Point Lookout Chapter.

Since joining William Richmond Inc. in 2017, Linda Dunagan has become the heart of our customer service operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for helping others, Linda goes above and beyond to ensure every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency.
Her commitment to excellence isn’t new—Linda has been working in the industry since 2002, where her journey began at Metropolitan. It was clear even then that her dedication to delivering a positive customer experience would set her apart.
A proud resident of Port Tobacco, Linda balances her professional expertise with her personal life as a devoted wife and mother of two. Her warmth, integrity, and unwavering focus make her an invaluable part of our team—and a trusted partner to every client we serve.
